WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Run approximately 3–5 residential HVAC service and maintenance appointments daily.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Identify and recommend system replacements, ductwork improvements, IAQ solutions, surge protection, and other comfort upgrades.
- Present repair and replacement options confidently and professionally.
- Educate homeowners on solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, reliability, and air quality.
- Build trust with customers and maximize legitimate sales opportunities on every call.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and a clean, professional company vehicle.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills with refrigerant systems, electrical components, airflow, and system performance.
- You must be comfortable recommending and presenting solutions!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with homeowners.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and financially driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily appointments.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- A commitment to honest recommendations and excellent customer service.
