Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 years minimum HVAC experience.
- Must be able to diagnose service issues including issues with refrigerant, low voltage, high voltage, airflow, and efficiency.
- Will be completing service-related repairs and diagnostics.
- Will also be running maintenance calls throughout the day including cleaning coils, clearing drain lines, testing voltage, and amperage, and making suggestions to improve a customer's system, efficiency, and comfort.
- Various opportunities are available on almost every call, including system and ductwork upgrades, IAQ, Storm/surge protection, preventive protection products etc. with generous commission.

Duties:
- The applicant will run 3-5 service and maintenance calls per day with MINIMAL ON CALL DUTIES.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services.
- Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses.
- Improving air quality through IAQ recommendations/sales.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining service truck and ensuring a safe and clean work environment at all times.
